Charity team steps up

A TEAM of 19 businessmen and women from across the Capital are set to tackle more than 750 miles of Scottish countryside in the name of charity.

The team, called Get Tourism Hikin, Bikin and Dancin, is heading to Fort Augustus this weekend to take part in the Corrieyairack Challenge.

They have already walked 160 miles through the Lairig Ghru pass in the Cairngorms.

Their next step will be to trek 238 miles through the Corrieyairack Pass, then cycle 364 miles from Garvagh Bridge to Kincraig. Each participant aims to raise 150.
