Charity chief's honorary degree

Olivia Giles, the founder and chief executive of the 500 Miles charity, which supports amputees and other disabled people in Africa, will receive an Honorary Degree at the University of Edinburgh today.

Ms Giles will receive a Doctor Honoris Causa at the graduation ceremony.
