Centre stage for Hayman

SCOTS actor and director David Hayman will star in the play Six and a Tanner at the Regal Community Theatre in Bathgate next month.

The play is based on a true story about a middle-aged man who relives the joys and tragedies of his 1950s childhood as he rages at the coffin of his dead father.

Hayman has performed alongside Pierce Brosnan, Bruce Willis and Kevin Spacey. One of his best-known roles is the part of Jimmy Boyle in the film A Sense of Freedom.

The play is on March 11.
