CCTV released after attempted robbery at arcade

Police Scotland has released CCTV images of a man they wish to trace in connection with an attempted robbery in Musselburgh earlier this year.

The incident happened at around 7.30pm on Tuesday 1st April at the Cashino Amusements Arcade on the High Street.

Officers are keen to speak with the male as part of the ongoing investigation and anyone who can assist in identifying him is asked to come forward.

Detective Sergeant Grant Paterson said: “The female member of staff who was working within the premises was left shaken by this incident and officers are continuing with their enquiries in relation to this incident,

“We would urge anyone who may recognise the man pictured or is able to provide any information that might help our investigation to contact police immediately.”
