Catering firm at top table for The Open
The local company has taken 30 managers and 35 chefs for the event, which begins tomorrow and runs until Sunday.
South Queensferry-based Prestige Scotland is the dedicated events catering division of Sodexo Prestige and both competitions are organised by golf's governing body, The R&A.

Hide AdThe team will serve 25,000 meals at The Open in the R&A complex, serving players and their families, the media, referees and officials, including a 500 cover service restaurant and the Trophy Room, which is the VIP dining area for guests of the R&A. Austin Tilsley, Prestige Scotland regional director, said: "I am delighted that we are able to provide the catering for their events."
