Catering duo in Caley move

A HOTEL on Princes Street has welcomed two new senior members to its hospitality team.

Spencer Wilson, who previously worked at The Scotsman and Glasshouse hotels in the Capital, will take up the position of executive head chef at the Caledonian Hilton, while Barry Makin has been employed as food and beverage manager.

Willy Blattner, general manager of the Caledonian Hilton, said: "Both Spencer and Barry have fantastic reputations within the industry and with their combined knowledge, experience and expertise in the hotel and restaurant industry, they will be an extremely valuable addition to the hotel."
