Cartoon helps tenants settle

A FREE DVD is proving an ideal house warming gift for tenants of Dunedin Canmore Housing Association.

The animated movie is helping new tenants to get to grips with the rights and responsibilities which come with a new home.

It includes details on how to report repairs, pay rent and get involved in the community.

Dunedin Canmore tenants helped shape the content of the DVD entitled Welcome to Your New Home.
