Care leader tells of pride

THE health and social care leader for Edinburgh will address a city conference today on what is his "proudest political achievement".

Councillor Paul Edie will tell delegates at a the Home Care conference about how the city's Reablement programme to retrain elderly people to perform a range of household chores has changed lives and attitudes.
