Car crash near Forth Bridge

TWO people have been injured in a car crash near the Forth Road Bridge involving a huge pink Cadillac.

The accident happened yesterday afternoon when a Suzuki Vitara was in collision with the Cadillac on the M90 near Dunfermline at about 5pm.

Police said that the 4x4 lost control and flipped over the central barrier, then collided with the Cadillac.

The driver and passenger in the Suzuki were rescued from the wreckage.

The injured man and woman were then taken to the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline, where they were treated for non life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Cadillac was reported to be unhurt.
