Cannabis plant grower has sentence deferred

A MAN growing cannabis plants was reported to police by his neighbours because they couldn't stand the smell coming from his house, a court has heard.

Police arrived at James Wilson's home in Armadale, West Lothian, with a search warrant.

They found eight young cannabis plants in a cupboard in his living room and in another part of the house they seized nine mature plants.
