FIRST we had the black and blue/white and gold dress. Now the internet is being driven crazy by the latest optical illusion.

Can you work out what’s hiding in the wall?

At first glance, it looks like an ordinary, crumbling brick wall. On closer inspection, you may spot something you might not necessarily have spotted the first time around. Guesses have ranged from a stone to a turtle’s head.

The picture has gone viral after it was first shared on Facebook by Arron Bevin from Manchester.

He posted: “This is one of the best optical illusions I’ve seen. If you see it, don’t spoil it!!!!! Just like n [sic] share!!! Took me a good 5 minutes.”

It has been shared by over 44,000 Facebook users since it was uploaded to the social media site on Monday.

It has confused many Facebook users, including Kelly Le-anne Pennington who wrote: “I’m done looking.. There’s nothing there.”

Others like Jasleen Gill found it easy: “This is so easy but I dunno if it really is an optical illusion. Atleast not in the classical sense of the term. But yes keep looking guys you can do it!!!!”
