Can you help run hospital radio station?

A HOSPITAL radio station is seeking an IT expert to manage its computer systems.

The award-winning Radio Grapevine at St John's in Livingston broadcasts all day, every day and hopes to recruit a volunteer with experience in IT and computer management, but also with an understanding of radio broadcasting.

The successful candidate should be able to support users through various media forms including remote third party systems and experience in audio engineering would be advantageous.

As a volunteer of the charitable organisation the role is fully flexible and allows training and development in many other areas not regularly associated with IT or systems analysis.

The station is also encouraging interest from local businesses which may be keen to offer support as part of their community awareness programme. The station's income is funded by donations and charity events.
