Campaigners' final plea to help disabled U.S boy Leo

Campaigners are making a final plea for help to send a disabled boy to the United States for a life-changing operation.

The public have helped to raise 40,000 to send four-year-old Leo Waites for cerebral palsy treatment, but need 60,000.
