Cadets raise charity funds

TWO young army cadets have been fundraising for an armed forces charity after being inspired by a veteran.

Nakisha Aubeeluck, 15, and Charlee Fitzgerald, 14, from Edinburgh, spent Sunday collecting 152 for TravelAid. The pair will continue their work after Nakisha's mum's friend, retired Royal Artillery sergeant Mick McKeown, 73, decided to undertake a gruelling month-long 50-mile a day trek of Scotland.
