Bulgaria: Farm agency chief 'had faked diploma'

Bulgaria's agriculture minister said the former head of an agency overseeing EU farm aid got the job with a faked diploma.

Miroslav Naidenov said Kalina Ilieva, who was sacked in October as head of the State Agriculture Fund, claimed to have graduated from the Berlin University for Engineering and Economics. The university said her diploma was faked.
