Budget is on breakfast menu

BUSINESS leaders are to host a breakfast event to discuss Chancellor George Osborne's second budget.

The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce is holding the event tomorrow at 8am at the George Hotel. Speakers include analysts Bill Jamieson and David Collier.
