British man dies in Spanish crash

A BRITISH man has been killed in a motorcycle crash in Spain, the Foreign Office said yesterday.

Christopher Williams, believed to be in his mid-40s, died on Saturday in Ramales de la Victoria, Cantabria, in the north of the country.

A Foreign Office spokeswoman said: "We can confirm the death of British national in Ramales de la Victoria in Cantabria on August 7. Next of kin are aware. We are providing consular assistance to them."
