Brewer's beer secrets on tap

THE owner of an independent city brewery will be running a tutored tasting of his beers at a "meet the brewer" event.

Steve Stewart of Stewart's Brewing will provide insight into the secrets of his beers' natural ingredients and how to match beers to food. The tasting night on November 25 is at the Waterside Bistro, Haddington.

There will be an opportunity to taste Hollyrood beer, which won the World's Best Blonde/Golden Pale Ale award at the World Beer Awards 2010.
