Boyz can't wait to work their way back to Lothians

RONAN Keating says Boyzone are eager to get to the Lothians this Saturday for their first gig in the region for three years.

The veteran boy band are playing Hopetoun House near South Queensferry, bringing 18 trucks, 150 crew and thousands of tonnes of staging for the not-to-be-missed gig.

Speaking ahead of the event, the Irish singer said: "We can't wait to return to Edinburgh and to perform to our Scottish fans. The audience is always great and gives us such a warm reception. We still remember the audience reaction when we were in Edinburgh in 2008, they were brilliant. We're hoping to get a repeat of that on Saturday.
