Boys face trial over takeaway death

FOUR teenage boys have been fully committed for trial in connection with the death of takeaway driver, Simon San, in Edinburgh.

Appearing separately in private before Sheriff William Holligan in Edinburgh yesterday, a 16-year-old and 15-year-old charged with culpable homicide and robbery were remanded in custody. The other two, charged with robbery, were allowed bail.
