Boy,12, arrested in rape investigation

POLICE are investigating claims that a 12-year-old girl was raped over the Easter weekend in Paisley. A boy of the same age has been arrested over indecent assault allegations.

Reports said the two children were part of group who had been drinking on Saturday.

Police officers visited an address in Paisley on Sunday night after they were made aware of the allegations.
