Borders road closed after lorry crash

A SERIOUS road accident closed the A68 in the Scottish Borders south of Jedburgh yesterday.

An air ambulance was sent to the scene following a collision between a lorry and a 4x4. Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service was called out to help free one injured man who was trapped in his vehicle.
