Garreth Wood said: “Every single penny of profit of our Boozy Cow restaurants will go to registered charities.

“Life is a careful balance between what you do for yourself, and what you do for others, and to finally share this profit with our partner charities has been something of a dream for the group and for me personally.”

The profits will go to the Children’s Hospice Association CHAS, the Archie Foundation, VSA, which focuses on social care, STV’s Childrens appeal and the Youth and Philantrophy Initiative, Edinburgh.
