Body found in hunt for missing Lochaber man
A BODY has been found during the search for a missing 61-year-old man in the Highlands.
Maurice Cameron had last been seen in the Roy Bridge area of Lochaber on Friday.
Search teams have been scouring the area, and at about 1.30pm a body was recovered at Inverroy.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “No details of the deceased will be issued until all next of kin have been informed.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
The search for Mr Cameron, well known for his shaved head and being seen in a woolly hat and wellington boots, has been called off.
