Big discounts on the menu

A RECORD number of Edinburgh's top restaurants are offering heavily discounted menus for January and February.

Dine Around Edinburgh features 31 eateries, including Atrium, La Garrigue and Tony's Table.

The restaurants are offering two-course dinners for 15 or 18 per person, as well as some discounted lunches, until 26 February.

Malcolm Duck, chairman of the Edinburgh Restaurateurs Association, said: "This is a quiet time of the year, which is why things like Dine Around Edinburgh are important."
