Big day for Honest Toun

A JAM-PACKED programme of events has been launched as the 75th Musselburgh Festival gets under way.

The eight-day annual bonanza, organised by the Honest Toun's Association, is due to kick off tomorrow with the Kirkin' Parade.

That will be followed later in the day by a reunion anniversary of previous Honest Lads and Lasses.

On Monday, one of the season's main events gets off the mark with the Crusaders' Chase from 5.45pm, followed by the Crusaders' Dance at Eskmills Bowling Club from 10pm.
