BBC weatherman forgets name of Scotland’s capital
A BBC weatherman was left red faced after forgetting the name of the Scottish Capital live on air.
Tomasz Schafernaker was left in a fit of giggles after he had to be prompted by producers on the name of the Capital - despite the fact reporter Jane Hill had just greeted him from Edinburgh.
Schafernaker then stumbled for a few seconds as he tried to remeber that his colleague was in Edinburgh, before his blank faced stare led to aprompt.
“Thanks guys,” he said, before laughing as he tried to continue the broadcast.
