Battle of the bands rocks

Radio Forth presenter Grant Stott and Hard Rock Cafe staff member Femi Popoola were getting into the groove as they launched the Hard Rock Rising 2012 competition.

The Battle of the Bands event is offering one lucky group the chance to support Bruce Springsteen at this year’s Hard Rock Calling event in July.

Eager contestants can register for the competition on the venue’s Facebook page, with the public then downloading tracks by the bands and making the decision on who is good enough to face live auditions.
