Barack Obama health law 'unconstitutional'

A FEDERAL judge has declared Barack Obama's health care reform law unconstitutional.

Virginia district Judge Henry Hudson is the first to rule against the law. Virginia attorney general Ken Cuccinelli challenged the requirement to buy health insurance or pay a penalty from 2014.
