'Bang bang' woman avoids prison term

A WOMAN who shouted "bang bang" at blinded police officer PC David Rathband, who was shot in the face by gunman Raoul Moat last summer, has avoided a jail sentence.

Kelsey Donkin, 22, was instead given a 12-month supervision order by Newcastle magistrates.
