Band set to make noise at Picture House

THE Noisettes will play the Capital's HMV Picture House next month, it has been announced.

The band, known for hits such as Don't Upset the Rhythm (Go Baby Go) will take to the stage on 19 May, supported by the Chew Lips.

Formed in 2003, the London-based trio is led by singer and bassist Shingai Shoniwa, known for her energetic stage presence and unique blues-punk sound.

Last year, the band played Glastonbury.
