Band night raises £1800

THE daughter of a woman recovering from ovarian cancer has raised £1,780 for the unit that treated her mum.

Sue Young, 31, hosted a charity band night for the oncology unit at the Western General Hospital where her mother Margaret was treated following surgery at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary last summer.
