Baby opera on right note

BABIES as young as six months old will have the chance to enjoy high culture as the Traverse Theatre hosts BabyO, an adventure in opera for tiny tots.

The 30-minute show on November 16 and 17 encourages babies to reproduce sounds and words. It takes them on a trip through a magical secret garden full of bees, ducks and splashing fish.

Props and toys are used to draw the children into the story, along with sounds and words familiar to babies. The event is suitable for children aged from six to 18 months.
