Baby Alexis: a short life brought to a violent end
22 November - Ms Sheach calls the Woodside Medical Group with serious concerns about her baby daughter.
29 November - Alexis is examined at Woodside Medical Group. She is not referred to a paediatrician, despite showing signs of abuse.

Hide Ad6 December - Dr Elizabeth Myerscough, who prepared a clinical report on Alexis' death, said there was "significant neglect" in not seeking medical attention for the baby from this point.
9 December - Simpson claims to have found Alexis "limp and lifeless" in the lounge.
10 December - Alexis dies at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh.
12 December - Police begin covertly spying on Simpson and Ms Sheach, placing listening devices in their home.
18 February, 2008 - Covert spying operation ends.
18 April - The couple are both arrested and charged with murder. Charges against Ms Sheach are later dropped.
23 May - Simpson begins breaching a court order stopping him from contacting Ms Sheach.
26 November, 2010 - Simpson is convicted of murder.
