Award puts school at top of the class

QUEENSFERRY High School has been awarded the Customer Service Excellence award for its "high standard" of provision to staff and pupils.

The award highlighted a number of positive areas within the school, including the impact of the student voice, the ethos of continuous improvement and strong leadership.

The award offers public services a practical tool for "driving customer-focused change".
