Award for Lomond hotel concierge

The chief concierge at the Cameron House hotel on Loch Lomond, Alan Grimes, has been awarded one of the most prestigious awards in hospitality.

Mr Grimes won the title of Concierge of the Year at the Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards 2011. Cameron House manager Murray Thomson said he felt he was a natural choice.
