Award for leading restaurant

AN Edinburgh restaurant was awarded Restaurant of the Year at a prestigious ceremony.

The Michelin-starred Plumed Horse in Leith was given the title at the CIS Excellence Awards. Chef and proprietor Tony Borthwick said the achievement was down to teamwork, hard work and dedication.
