Author shares her secrets

A CRIME author will share her writing tips at an event in East Lothian next week.

Alex Gray will be at Tranent Library on Tuesday, from 7:30pm. Her latest novel, Five Ways to Kill a Man, features her popular character, Glasgow-based DCI Lorimer.

Local history and promotions librarian Sheila Millar said: "Alex is an entertaining speaker and it promises to be a good evening. Whether you are a budding writer or a keen reader, please come along and join us."
