Art deco pool could become hatchery

ONE of Scotland's neglected art deco masterpieces could be given a new lease of life as a lobster hatchery.

In its heyday, Tarlair Swimming Pool in Macduff, Aberdeenshire, was the last word in outdoor leisure. The complex has been hailed as a "forgotten architectural gem" since it closed in 1995.
