Army radio DJ lines up city tour of duty

A PRESENTER from Garrison Radio will be visiting the Capital to celebrate the tenth birthday of the army's radio service.

Liz Mullen will be visiting all ten bases - including Edinburgh - where Garrison Radio broadcasts to the army.

She said: "Each programme will reflect the everyday life of soldiers and civilians at each location, we'll meet some of the influential people and the real characters that exist in every garrison.

"It's a chance to find out what life's like at other bases in the UK - to share experiences, memories and jokes."

Liz Mullen's 10/10 Tour will be aired throughout the summer on Friday and Sunday afternoons and can be heard on Garrison Radio's FM and AM frequencies, or via the web at www.garrisonfm.com
