Appeal to find missing wife of rugby legend Scott Hastings

An appeal has been launched to find the missing wife of Scotland rugby legend Scott Hastings.

Jennifer Hastings, 52, was last seen in Warriston Drive around 10am on Tuesday morning and has not been in contact with her family since.

Mrs Hastings has spoken previously about her battle with depression.

She is described as white, 5ft 7in tall with blonde shoulder length hair and slim-built. She was wearing a purple jacket, white long sleeved t-shirt, blue jeans and dark Nike trainers.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Inspector Grant McCulloch said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Jennifer’s welfare and are keen to speak to anyone who has information that can assist us in tracing her.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact officers on 101.”
