Appeal after knife raid on bookie's

POLICE are appealing for help following a robbery in Prestwick on Thursday, when a man entered William Hill Bookmakers and threatened two members of staff and three customers with a knife.

The suspect is described as white, about 5ft 9in tall, with a stocky build. He has blue eyes and a soft English accent.
