DUTCH authorities said a terrorism suspect arrested at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport is a Briton of Somali ancestry.

A prosecutor's office spokesman said the man was arrested yesterday after flying in from Liverpool en route to Uganda. The tip-off came from Britain and the man was suspected of "possible involvement with a foreign terrorist organisation".
