Alleged fraudster in gender switch

Federal prosecutors in Mexico said they captured a man who had plastic surgery and assumed a female identity to avoid arrest.

Aaron "Vera" Morales, 33, is accused of defrauding a government health agency over a sound system contract, prosecutors said.
