Alcoholic with air rifle branded danger to public
Paul Fannon, 36, appeared from custody at Livingston Sheriff Court following a series of alleged incidents described by a sheriff as “sinister”.
He was accused of being in possession of an air rifle with a telescopic sight and silencer and trespassing at a house in Uphall, West Lothian, with a firearm on Sunday. He was charged with driving his Mazda 6 car with a breath/alcohol count of 119mg – almost four times the 35mg limit – during the same alleged incident.

Hide AdFannon, from Livingston, was also charged with driving his Kawasaki 650 motorcycle with a breath count of 59mg and behaving in a threatening and abusive manner in Livingston on May 28.
He pleaded not guilty to all five charges and trial was fixed for July.
