al-Qaeda militants injure passengers in Yemen bus ambush

TWO al-Qaeda militants ambushed a bus in Sana'a, the capital of Yemen, yesterday, spraying the vehicle with gunfire and injuring at least ten passengers

Al-Qaeda violence shifted to the capital after a week of fighting in a lawless southern region where the local branch of Osama bin Laden's international terror group has found safe haven.

The gunmen, on foot, opened fire on the bus as it was transporting security personnel.
