Airline easy about charge

BUDGET airline easyJet has said it will not sign a petition calling for bosses at Edinburgh Airport to scrap plans for a £1 drop-off charge.

Tory MSP Gavin Brown set up the petition after the Evening News revealed the plans to charge drivers for dropping off passengers at the terminal. Around 500 people have so far signed up, but easyJet said they would not be supporting the petition.
