Agent to sell business park

Property firm Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to sell Bathgate's Pyramids Business Park for offers over £15m.

The park, home to HM Revenue and Customs and others, has conference, restaurant, crche and gymnasium facilities.

The firm has been appointed to sell the site on behalf of Henderson Global Investors.

Kenny Waitt, director in the capital markets division, said: "With a prime location on the M8 corridor, the park is an attractive location business that can be easily accessed from both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

"There is also scope for an investor to add value through active management."
