Advice lines are good call

TWO new services have been launched at the Advice Shop in Bathgate to allow more people to access help and support on a range of issues.

The Advisor Line is a free and confidential service that can be used by visiting any Council Information Services centre, where a member of staff will put you in contact with an advisor via telephone.

The Teletalk Service, which is being piloted at Blackburn Partnership Centre, allows customer to have a face-to-face conversation via a direct video link to advisors at the Advice Shop.
