Abu Dhabi do for restaurant

A CELEBRATED seafood restaurant in the Capital is to appear at one of the world’s premier food and drink events.

Roy Brett, who owns Ondine on George IV Bridge, will prepare a six-course Scottish-themed meal at the Gourmet Abu Dhabi event. His invitation reflects a growing demand for food imported from Scotland in the Middle East.

Mr Brett said: “It is a tremendous honour to be invited to put Scotland on the table at this prestigious event.”
